一、活動(dòng)介紹
第二十五屆“北京電影學(xué)院動(dòng)畫(huà)學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)”，將于2025年11月6日—11月8日在北京電影學(xué)院懷柔校區(qū)正式舉行。
北京電影學(xué)院動(dòng)畫(huà)學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)（簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“動(dòng)畫(huà)學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)”）由該校動(dòng)畫(huà)學(xué)院于2001年首創(chuàng)，是面向原創(chuàng)動(dòng)畫(huà)短片的評(píng)獎(jiǎng)活動(dòng)。每年秋季，該獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)匯聚全球動(dòng)畫(huà)領(lǐng)域的專(zhuān)家學(xué)者、知名導(dǎo)演、創(chuàng)作者及愛(ài)好者，通過(guò)影片展映、頒獎(jiǎng)禮、創(chuàng)作交流、專(zhuān)題講座、學(xué)術(shù)論壇等活動(dòng)，鼓勵(lì)具有獨(dú)立精神與創(chuàng)造性的動(dòng)畫(huà)創(chuàng)作，推動(dòng)創(chuàng)作中的學(xué)術(shù)思考，為動(dòng)畫(huà)愛(ài)好者提供展示與交流平臺(tái)，營(yíng)造活躍的創(chuàng)作與學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)。
本屆特設(shè)AI單元。在人工智能深刻變革動(dòng)畫(huà)領(lǐng)域的當(dāng)下，北京電影學(xué)院動(dòng)畫(huà)學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)積極接納AI與動(dòng)畫(huà)藝術(shù)的融合，鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)作者探索拓展動(dòng)畫(huà)創(chuàng)作邊界，并為展示二者融合成果提供全新平臺(tái)。期待創(chuàng)作者借AI技術(shù)創(chuàng)作出耳目一新的作品，共鑒動(dòng)畫(huà)藝術(shù)在AI時(shí)代的新篇章。
“動(dòng)畫(huà)學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)”組委會(huì)將在國(guó)內(nèi)外動(dòng)畫(huà)領(lǐng)域遴選有成就且具專(zhuān)業(yè)見(jiàn)解的專(zhuān)家學(xué)者擔(dān)任評(píng)委。評(píng)審堅(jiān)持非商業(yè)性原則，充分尊重評(píng)委意見(jiàn)，以作品質(zhì)量為唯一評(píng)獎(jiǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

三、參賽作品分類(lèi)與要求
「動(dòng)畫(huà)短片類(lèi)」
A.作品MOV或MP4格式高清播放文件。
編碼H.264或ProRes422；
分辨率不低于1920*1080；
MP4文件壓縮至1GB以?xún)?nèi)；暫不接受DCP文件。
*所有作品需添加內(nèi)嵌的英文字幕。
B.報(bào)名表電子版文件（務(wù)必按要求填寫(xiě)完整信息）。

「AI類(lèi)」
本單元面向所有動(dòng)畫(huà)創(chuàng)作者——無(wú)論學(xué)生、從業(yè)者或動(dòng)畫(huà)愛(ài)好者，旨在鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)作者探索AI在動(dòng)畫(huà)制作中的無(wú)限可能，推動(dòng)動(dòng)畫(huà)行業(yè)的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。
相關(guān)要求如下：
A.技術(shù)運(yùn)用：參賽作品需以生成式人工智能（AIGC）技術(shù)為主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)作手段，包括但不限于文生視頻、文生音樂(lè)、文生配音等制作流程。提交作品時(shí)，需附上簡(jiǎn)短的書(shū)面描述，闡述所用AI技術(shù)及其創(chuàng)意應(yīng)用。
B.影片時(shí)長(zhǎng)：時(shí)長(zhǎng)不限，但不少于1分鐘。
C.主題內(nèi)容：鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)作者發(fā)揮想象力，以獨(dú)特創(chuàng)意與視角，借AI技術(shù)講述動(dòng)人故事、表達(dá)深刻思想。
D.版權(quán)要求：參賽作品必須為作者原創(chuàng)作品，且參賽者本人或單位必須擁有該作品之完整著作權(quán)。
E.其余填報(bào)信息，均參照動(dòng)畫(huà)短片要求。
「論文類(lèi)」
A．論文類(lèi)參賽作品電子版PDF文件（宋體，小四號(hào)字，單倍行距）。
B．附查重報(bào)告，且重復(fù)率須低于20%。
C．報(bào)名表電子版文件（務(wù)必按要求填寫(xiě)完整信息）。
D．論文作品匯總表。

1.征集作品一經(jīng)確認(rèn)即視為參賽作品，且均不退稿。
2.參賽作品必須為作者原創(chuàng)作品，且參賽者本人或單位必須擁有該作品之完整著作權(quán)。若有第三者對(duì)作品提出異議，并經(jīng)組委會(huì)查明屬實(shí)者，組委會(huì)有權(quán)取消參賽資格。違反著作權(quán)之法律責(zé)任由參賽者本人負(fù)責(zé)，與學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)組委會(huì)無(wú)關(guān)。

I.Event Introduction
The 25th Beijing Film Academy Animation Academy Awards of will be held in the Huairou Campus of Beijing Film Academy from November 6 to November 8,2025.
The Beijing Film Academy Animation Academy Awards(referred to as the"Animation Academy Awards")were initiated by the Beijing Film Academy Animation Academy in 2001 to recognize original animated short films.Every autumn,the"Beijing Film Academy Animation Awards"gathers experts,professors,senior scholars,renowned directors,young creators,and enthusiasts from the global animation field.The event includes,but is not limited to,film screenings and award ceremonies,creative exchanges,special lectures,and academic forums.Its aim is to encourage and promote independent and creative animation production,foster academic thinking in animation creation,and provide a platform for showcasing and exchanging ideas among animation art lovers,thereby creating a vibrant ecosystem for animation creation and scholarship.
This year's event features a special AI section.At the time when artificial intelligence is profoundly transforming the animation field,the“Animation School Awards”of the Beijing Film Academy actively embraces the integration of AI and animation art,encourages creators to explore and expand the boundaries of animation creation,and provides a new platform to showcase the achievements of this integration.We look forward to creators using AI technology to produce refreshing works and jointly witnessing a new chapter in animation art in the AI era.
The"Animation Academy Awards"organizing committee selects accomplished experts and scholars with professional insights into animation from both domestic and international animation fields as judges.Throughout the judging process,the committee adheres to non-commercial principles,respecting the opinions of each judge and evaluating the quality of the works as the sole criterion for awards.

AI Category:
This section is open to all animation creators,whether they are students,industry practitioners,or animation enthusiasts.It aims to encourage creators to explore the infinite possibilities of AI in animation production and promote the innovative development of the animation industry.
The relevant requirements are as follows:
A.Technology Application:The participating works must be mainly created by using generative artificial intelligence(AIGC)technology,including but not limited to text-to-video,text-to-music,text-to-voiceover and other production processes.When submitting the works,a short written description should be attached to explain the AI technology used and its creative application.
B.Film Duration:The duration should be no less than 1 minute,with no upper limit.
C.Theme and Content:Creators are encouraged to use their imagination,tell touching stories and express profound ideas with unique creativity and perspectives through AI technology.
D.Copyright requirements:The work must be an original creation of the author,and the contestant himself/herself or the unit must possess the complete copyright of the work.
E.For the rest of the information to be filled in,refer to the requirements for animated short films.

2.Entries must be original works of the authors,and participants or their affiliated organizations must possess complete copyright of the entries.In case of disputes raised by third parties concerning the entries,and if the organizing committee confirms their legitimacy,the organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify the entries.Participants are responsible for any legal liabilities related to copyright violations,and the organizing committee is not liable.
3.Copyright of the entries belongs to the participants and their affiliated organizations.The organizing committee has the right to use the entries(without further notice or payment of royalties)in the following situations:promotion and publication of the entries and related materials for the event and related activities;release on designated and authorized media outlets;official website display;award ceremonies;and related exhibitions(including touring exhibitions).
